Four Flutter apps on one platform
Every audience the IBS platform serves has its own app: tenants, landlords, vendors and property managers. I designed the screens and built the apps myself, from the first wireframe to the App Store listing, against the same API as the web portals.
IBS Tenants
Your lease, payments and branch visits in one place
Tenants of agencies that use IBS can see what they owe and when, read their contracts, and book a visit to the branch — in English or Arabic.
- Payment history, outstanding balance and upcoming cheques
- Active, expired and terminated contracts; switch between branches
- Book, view and cancel branch appointments by time slot
- Two-factor sign-in; full right-to-left layout for Arabic
- Feature-first folders: each feature owns its data, state and screens
- hooks_riverpod with code generation for state; Freezed + json_serializable for immutable models
- Type-safe routes with go_router_builder
- Dio client with request logging (Talker) and offline detection
- Flutter localisation (ARB) for English and Arabic; Material 3 theming
- Strict lints with very_good_analysis
The first three apps
Designed and built from scratch, before AI coding tools were around.
IBS Maintenance
Maintenance companies get work orders from property managers. The app replaces phone calls and WhatsApp threads with one request board: pick a category, set priority and a preferred time slot, attach photos, and track each job from request to approval to completion.
- Category picker, priority and time-slot booking in a short form
- Photo attachments straight from the camera
- In-progress / completed board with approve and complete actions
- Rebuilt in 2023 with hooks_riverpod, go_router and push notifications

IBS Manager
Managers had to be at a desk to approve a new or renewed contract. The app puts approvals and the numbers that matter in their pocket: unit occupancy, contract trends month by month, and a queue of pending approvals.
- Approve or refuse contract requests on the go
- Occupancy and contract-trend charts
- Push notifications when something needs a decision

IBS Owners Gate
Landlords used to wait for weekly or monthly reports from their property manager. Owners Gate shows them their building directly: unit status, annual rent, contract status, payments by due date, and expenses by category.
- Live units, payments, security deposits and expenses per building
- Date-range filters on payments and expenses
- Printable statements generated on the device
